About Me
So, you’ve stumbled upon my fiction Tumblr. Good for you, good for you.
My name is Rob Kaas, I’m originally from sunny and warm California, but I now live in snowy and cold Minnesota. Why, you ask? Because this is where the woman I love lives. SAPPY, RIGHT? I KNOW.
I’ve always written. I mean, not always, but for as long as I can remember, I’ve been telling stories. It’s something I get from my father who, though not really a writer, has always loved telling stories.
The difference is, I tell fictional stories and hope to someday be compensated for it.
My personal Tumblr is here. I warn you, there are times when it gets weird over there. I’m lucky enough to be followed by a group of truly great people, many of whom I have followed right back, due to their greatness. I’m aware many of them won’t follow this Tumblr, because it’s not funny pictures and anecdotes, but that’s just fine with me.
I also have a blog here, that I update far more sporadically than I do the Tumblr, mainly because the Tumblr is for goofy shit and the blog is for more personal stuff. Feel free to read it, though.
If you read some of the stuff I post here and truly dig it, I’d appreciate a reblog or even just a like to let me know I’m doing something right. If you feel obliged to do so, go ahead and hit the “ask” link and let me know what you specifically loved or hated about what stories. I welcome all criticism, positive and negative, so long as you explain what I’ve done wrong and where I can improve. If you’re simply going to say “STORY SUX BRO LOL”, please keep it to yourself.
All things I post here are, of course, copyrighted and may not be reproduced (outside of reblogging, of course) without my consent. If you run a fiction site and want to feature something I’ve written, I’m honored to allow that, but please ask first and maybe link me to your site, so I know what I’m getting into.
I think that’s pretty much it. Thanks for reading this, if you DID read it. If you didn’t read it, then, well, I probably hate you.
Yours in Cheese,
Rob Kaas
